BLACK

Black as the word suggests is something related to darkness, a deep emotion of sadness or something depressive. But as there is a saying…everything that ends has a new beginning.
The emptiness acquired by a soul when there is a sense of BLACKNESS inside heart kills the excitement of being happy in the simplest of words.
There is a property of the color black that a material is said to be black when most incoming light is absorbed equally in the material. All black surfaces absorb light and act as thermal collectors and hence generating heat. But the fact is when the color black is implemented on human the energy is not absorbed, rather it is sucked out from the veins and arteries and every sensitive part of the body with full force and hence leaving the human entirely without energy and strength.
The most convincing and appropriate example of turning black is that of a heartbroken person. The pain in the heart is like that of a bullet struck from an arm distance.

Sounds of piercing felt as the bullet crushes each layer of skin before reaching heart, is pounded with pain of endless dimensions and magnitude. The moment you realize that every moment around you is full of emptiness and loneliness, you start growing numb with the feeling of dumbness and you desire to cover your face with emotions and hide from the world with full fake gesture of belongingness. Painting everything with black around whatever you see is the symptom of getting depressed and facing the agony of the radiations of people around you with an atmosphere of negative energy mounted everywhere from finite to invisible parts of body. The appearance of reddish lines inside the eyes with the dipping of eyes in day time and widening in the night gradually becomes a lexicon wherein you try to hide your eyes underneath your hair thereby escaping from the rays of sun and the sunshine that can brighten up the soul. Roaming everywhere with heads down and lamenting are just mere signs of turning BLACK, the more intense being feeling of handling the Rose of Heart in middle of the ocean of broken glasses with sharp edges and when you know there is a surety of drowning into the ocean with red blood water covering up every single crystal of happiness around you. When your breath becomes a sigh, when the wings of hopes assimilate themselves into the lost aim arrows in the human race and when all the aspirations and desires remain a dead writing on the walls of heart, no doubt you’re an active member of the BLACK club.
The doom inside which you get trapped overcasts every sacred and open smell of desires and dreams surrounding you. When you get completely sunken in the deep grieves of life and love, you do encounter an indefinable driving force that nudges your spirits to move out of the dark room of self consoling and self deprecating moments. At this point of time you feel the burning of an infinitesimal small particle in a big heap of hopes which do get bury deep somewhere in some corner of the heart, the point where you see the sunshine coming through a minute hole inside a black box. The ignited desires and hopes gradually acquire a broader sense of visibility and that’s the stage where you realize that being BLACK is not just limited to the darkness surmounted on it. Hence the saying that every dawn follows dusk is very much proved here. You feel the urge of watching beyond the fire and agony of hopes and hence emerging from the hollow-eyed state of body. The assurance of the next phase being full of energy and enthusiasm provokes you to come out of numb stage and grasp opportunity to glance at brighter side of world. Thus leaving you with great sense of self-believe to accomplish and unravel the hidden gladness of the universe. To finish it up, the moral can be stated is that BLACK is both depressive and a pathway to new hopes at the same time and hence a term can be coined for it “SHINING BLACK”, strange but true!!!

  11. hey chinoy!!
a really enthralling experience going through your experiences..
you took the feeling of loss and grieve, understood it and turned it upside down to come out as a new and improved human being..
its true that every loss makes you sad but it shall not engulf rest of your life..life is short (really it is) so you DO need something to cheer about, to get out of the blackish mood and into the shining mood..
so i hope you in fact meant what you wrote and apply the same in your life (may be you already did)..
    good luck with the future..
    happy journey..
